Break the graham crackers along the perforations to create squares or rectangles.
Place half of the graham crackers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Break the milk chocolate bars into pieces and place them on top of the graham crackers.
In a separate bowl, measure out the marshmallows.
If you have access to a campfire or grill, you can roast the marshmallows over an open flame until they are golden brown and slightly melted on the inside. If not, you can use an oven or a kitchen torch to lightly brown the marshmallows.
Once the marshmallows are toasted to your liking, place them on top of the chocolate-covered graham crackers.
Top each marshmallow-topped cracker with another graham cracker to create a sandwich.
Gently press the top cracker down to squash the marshmallow and chocolate slightly.
Let the s'mores cool for a minute or two to allow the chocolate to melt slightly.
Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious s'mores!Remember to be careful when working with an open flame or a kitchen torch, and always supervise children when making s'mores. Enjoy!
