Instructions
Cook the Pasta:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add the fettuccine pasta and cook according to the package instructions or until it's al dente.
- Drain the pasta and set it aside.
Prepare the Alfredo Sauce:

- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, but do not let it brown.
Add Cream and Cheese:
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir well.
- Reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 2-3 minutes, allowing the cream to heat up.
- Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring continuously until the sauce is smooth and the cheese is fully melted.
- Season the sauce with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Be careful with the salt, as Parmesan cheese is already salty.
Combine Pasta and Sauce:

- Toss the pasta in the sauce until it's well coated and heated through.
Serve:
- Serve the Fettuccine Alfredo hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.Enjoy your homemade Fettuccine Alfredo!
