Ingredients

  • 160 g dates pitted
  • 60 g carrots grated
  • 20 ml honey
  • 30 g almond flour (1/3 cup)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 ml nutmeg
  • 45 g coconut desiccated

Instructions

  • Place dates, carrots, almond flour, honey, and spices in a food processor and blend until fine and the mixture comes together
  • Using wet hands, roll the mixture into 12 balls
  • Roll the balls in the coconut
  • Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 5 days
