Ingredients
- 160 g dates pitted
- 60 g carrots grated
- 20 ml honey
- 30 g almond flour (1/3 cup)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 ml nutmeg
- 45 g coconut desiccated
Instructions
- Place dates, carrots, almond flour, honey, and spices in a food processor and blend until fine and the mixture comes together
- Using wet hands, roll the mixture into 12 balls
- Roll the balls in the coconut
- Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 5 days
