
Ingredients

- 700 g flank steak

Instructions
Prepare the Chimichurri Sauce:
- In a bowl, combine the red wine vinegar, olive oil, chopped parsley, chopped cilantro, minced garlic, dried oregano, and red pepper flakes.
- Mix everything together until well combined.
- Season the sauce with salt and black pepper to taste.
