- 300 ml warm water (around 40°C)
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 3 large eggs

- In a separate bowl, whisk together the warm water, olive oil, and eggs.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix them together until you have a smooth and thick dough. This may take a few minutes.
- Line a 9×5 inch (23×13 cm) loaf pan with parchment paper and grease it lightly.
- Transfer the dough into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a wet spatula.
- Cover the loaf pan with a clean kitchen towel and let it rise in a warm place for about 30-40 minutes, or until it has doubled in size.
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) while the dough is rising.
- Once the dough has risen, place it in the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown, and the bread sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
- Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Once the bread has cooled, slice and enjoy!Feel free to customize this basic recipe by adding seeds, nuts, or herbs for extra flavor and texture. Enjoy your homemade gluten-free bread!
