Ingredients

  • 300 corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned and drained)
  • 1 red onion finely chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper diced
  • 1 jalapeño pepper seeded and finely chopped (adjust to your spice preference)
  • 30 g fresh cilantro chopped
  • juice of 2 limes
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 lettuce

Instructions
